Free knowledge sessions for 7-12th graders on the first Saturday of every month, from 10-11 AM. Each session focuses on a different topic in aviation. Sessions are presented by either our flight instructors or guest speakers from within the aviation industry.

Young Eagles Flights
Launched in 1992, the Young Eagles program has dedicated 30 years to giving youth ages 8–17 their first free ride in an airplane. It’s the only program of its kind, with the sole mission to introduce and inspire kids in the world of aviation. Today, over 2.3 million young people have enjoyed a free introductory flight through the Young Eagles program. These flights are made possible through the generosity of EAA member volunteers.
Information on upcoming Young Eagles flights at Lincoln Park airport can be found on our local EAA chapter’s website. Upcoming dates in 2024 are May 19 and June 23 from 9 am to noon.
