Air Traffic Controllers will be using new phraseology starting June 30, 2010. You will be issued specific runway crossing instructions for each runway to be crossed. Further information can be found on the AOPA website.

Saturday was International Learn to Fly Day and we hosted a Student Pilot Forum. A big thank you to our panelists -Medical Examiner, Dr. LaBagnara; Instructor Nancy Christian; Insurance expert Tim McSwain; Air Traffic Controller Scott Dittamo; Designated Examiner Peggy Nauman, and newly rated pilot Bob Guhr for making the event a success. Mike and race organizers make daily adjustments to ensure they stay ahead of the hidden risks inherent in high risk environments. We recently revamped our club membership and created some new programs which we hope will interest you.
